My approach in therapy aims to establish a healing relationship, in a non-judgmental and confidential environment, to facilitate awareness of individuals’ needs and difficulties, to help them develop insight into who they are, develop new ways of relating to themselves and others, with the aim of promoting within themselves a greater sense of well-being and authenticity.

To help resolve difficulties, I tailor my interventions to each individual by drawing on relational, experiential, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness based approaches.
